Closer to Copenhagen. The Bangkok Climate Change Talks

Government delegates meeting in Bangkok, Thailand, participate to the penultimate round of climate change negotiations ahead of the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen in this December, at which a comprehensive international climate change deal is to be sealed. Professor Maciej Nowicki, Polish Minister of the Environment, President COP 14, participates on 3 through 7 October 2009.
